With a playoff win on the line, Lincoln rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They managed a 53-48 win over the Federal Way Eagles. The victory continues a trend for the Abes in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 26-4. As for Federal Way, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-5.

Looking ahead, Lincoln won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Edmonds-Woodway at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Edmonds-Woodway knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Lincoln likes a good challenge. Federal Way does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
