Softball Recap: Los Banos Tigers vs. Merced Bears
Los Banos extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 7-10 in the process. They lost 13-5 to the Merced Bears. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bears this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss back in March.
Shayla Hernandez was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Hillary Morales, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
