Basketball Recap: Milledgeville Comes Up Short

Milledgeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were dealt a 66-5 loss at the hands of the Amboy Clippers. The Missiles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-5.

Loren Meiners was Milledgeville's leading scorer, having posted three points. Kendra Hutchison held things down on the boards with five rebounds.

Milledgeville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Amboy, they pushed their record up to 20-7 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home.
