Gila Ridge is 10-0 against Kofa since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Gila Ridge Hawks will venture away from home to take on the Kofa Kings at 5:30 p.m. Gila Ridge will be strutting in after a win while Kofa will be coming in after a loss.

Gila Ridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past Yuma with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 53-38. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Hawks as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Kofa's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to San Pasqual Valley 48-43.

Kofa's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Gila Ridge, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11.

Gila Ridge skirted past Kofa 43-40 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gila Ridge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
