Soccer Game Preview: Berkner vs. Nimitz

The Berkner Rams will head out on the road to face off against the Nimitz Vikings at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Berkner took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Richardson a 2-0 shutout.

Nimitz hadn't beaten MacArthur on the road since February 10, 2023 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Vikings blew past the Cardinals 3-0. The result kept Nimitz happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 8th.

Nimitz picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 3-5-3. As for Berkner, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-2.
