Soccer Game Preview: Aberdeen Central vs. Stevens

Aberdeen Central is 1-8-1 against Stevens since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Golden Eagles will head out to take on the Raiders at 11:00 a.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Aberdeen Central comes in on four and Stevens on 14.

Aberdeen Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Spearfish a 2-0 shutout. Two seems to be a good number for Aberdeen Central as the team scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Meanwhile, Stevens faced Jefferson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Raiders blew past the Cavaliers 7-2. Considering Stevens have won ten contests by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Aberdeen Central's victory bumped their record up to 9-4-2. As for Stevens, their win bumped their record up to 14-0-1.
