After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Delta Charter brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They had just enough and edged out the Vidalia Vikings 17-16 on Monday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Storm as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Delta Charter's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Vidalia, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delta Charter will challenge Family Community Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Delta Charter has given up an average of 13.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Vidalia, they will face off against Bunkie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Vidalia has given up an average of 12.7 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
