Basketball Recap: Onaga Comes Up Short

Onaga and Frankfort squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Onaga had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Frankfort Wildcats and fell 64-31. The Buffaloes' loss continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row.

Onaga's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jackson Kolterman, who on his way to 14 points, and Casen Hutfles, who posted seven points and 14 boards. That was a full 45.2% of Onaga's points, marking the third time in a row Kolterman has put up more than a third of the team's points.

Onaga's record is now 2-18. As for Frankfort, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Onaga nor Frankfort have any future games scheduled.
