Softball Game Preview: Centennial Golden Hawks vs. Coalinga Horned Toads

The Centennial Golden Hawks will be taking part in a tournament against the Coalinga Horned Toads at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Centennial comes in on three and Coalinga on eight.

Centennial picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with an 8-3 victory over Lompoc.

Lundyn Harrison was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Centennial always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .517. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Meanwhile, Coalinga had just enough and edged out Independence 5-3 on Saturday.

Centennial's record is now 11-7. As for Coalinga, their record now sits at 12-4.
