Baseball Recap: Eminence Takes a Loss

Eminence was the 4-2 winner over Trimble County when they last played one another on April 1st, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Terence Morgan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That RBI marked the first that he has brought in this season. Cody Bradbury was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Eminence now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Trimble County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-11.

While Eminence had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
