Calvary Chapel entered their tilt with Godinez Fundamental on Thursday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Grizzlies 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Grizzlies on April 1st, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

The victory didn't come easy: Godinez Fundamental scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-19.

Calvary Chapel pushed their record up to 20-6 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Godinez Fundamental, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-10.

Coincidentally, Calvary Chapel and Godinez Fundamental will both be playing Tustin the next time they take the court. The Grizzlies will host the Tillers at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
