Football Game Preview: Reseda Regents vs. Mendez Jaguars

The Reseda Regents will head out to take on the Mendez Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Reseda comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Reseda is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Canoga Park on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Regents had to suffer through a 37-0 loss at the hands of the Hunters. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Mendez's offense. They took a blow against Roybal on Friday, falling 35-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Jaguars were not able to get on the board.

Mendez's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Reseda, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
