Recap: Eastwood Troopers vs. Springtown Porcupines
The Eastwood Troopers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season. They were the clear victor by a 54-31 margin over Springtown. The win made it back-to-back wins for Eastwood.
It was another big night for Devin Falk-Ramirez, who scored 19 points along with four steals. That makes it seven consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Eastwood's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Naythan Sauceda, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Eastwood is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Springtown, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
Eastwood and Carter will round out the year against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at. Carter has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Springtown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sanger at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
