Softball Recap: Loudon Comes Up Short

Loudon managed to slip by Sweetwater the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Loudon Redskins came up short against the Sweetwater Wildcats on Thursday, falling 11-1. The Redskins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Loudon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sweetwater, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, Loudon will welcome Webb at 6:00 p.m. on March 14th. As for Sweetwater, they have already played their next matchup, a 4-1 victory against Ooltewah on the 7th.
