Soccer Recap: Pembroke Pines Charter Comes Up Short

If Pembroke Pines Charter was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Northeast last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pembroke Pines Charter Jaguars came up short against the Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs on Wednesday, falling 4-1. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Jaguars it sure didn't stay that way.

Pembroke Pines Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Cardinal Gibbons, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4-1 record this season.

Pembroke Pines Charter will challenge Doral Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cardinal Gibbons, they will square off against Immaculata-La Salle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
