Football Game Preview: Marietta vs. Dickson

On Friday Marietta take on Dickson at 7:30 PM. Coming off of a loss in a game they were expected to win, Marietta now face the more daunting task of proving themselves against unfavorable odds.

Marietta were close but not close enough last Thursday as they fell 19-21 to Comanche. Marietta got a solid performance out of senior Zack Spanglo, who rushed for 178 yards and 1 touchdown; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.

Meanwhile, Dickson didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 28-34 to Coalgate. It was a tough break for Dickson, who improved upon an already decent score from two weeks ago but lost both times.
