Soccer Recap: Lehighton Comes Up Short

Lehighton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They came up short against the North Schuylkill Spartans, falling 5-0. That's two games in a row now that Lehighton have lost by exactly five goals.

Lehighton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for North Schuylkill, they moved to 6-10 with that win, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, Lehighton will take on Jim Thorpe at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Schuylkill, they will face off against Marian Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
