Dermott lost against Monticello back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dermott Rams took a blow against the Monticello Billies, falling 59-23. The Rams' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Dermott's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Monticello, with the victory, they broke their eight-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dermott will take on Brinkley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Monticello, they will challenge Hamburg at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Monticello is facing Hamburg at the right time seeing as Hamburg is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
