Baseball Recap: Berry Cardinal vs. Palisades Pumas

After flying high against Harding University last Thursday, Berry came back down to earth. The Berry Cardinal lost 12-1 to the Palisades Pumas on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for Berry in their matchups with Palisades: they've now lost five in a row.

Berry saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joseph Rasnake, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

On Palisades' side, Aurek Fenn looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

On the hitting side, Palisades let Jayce Leflore and Logan Depalma loose on the outfield. Leflore scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2, while Depalma scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
