Basketball Game Preview: Gilead Christian Eagles vs. Marion H Hawks

Gilead Christian is 0-7 against Marion H since January of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. Marion H took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Gilead Christian, who comes in off a win.

Gilead Christian not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since January 27th (when they won 45-17). They blew past Temple Christian 53-25. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Gilead Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaeden Bossard out in front who posted 15 points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Keller, who had ten points along with seven boards and three steals.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Marion H faced off against Kokomo HomeSchool on November 8th. The Hawks lost 46-23 to the Eagles.

Gilead Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Marion H, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Gilead Christian might still be hurting after the 51-30 loss they got from Marion H in their previous matchup back in February. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
