Basketball Recap: Harrisonburg Takes a Loss

Harrisonburg lost against Turner Ashby back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Harrisonburg Blue Streaks took a hard 52-34 fall against the Turner Ashby Knights. The match marked the Blue Streaks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Harrisonburg has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Turner Ashby, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-4.

Harrisonburg won't have much time to rest: their next match is against William Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Turner Ashby, they and Rockbridge County will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
