Basketball Recap: Puckett Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Puckett extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 4-5. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 40-37 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clarkdale Bulldogs. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.

As for Clarkdale, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since December 6, 2024.

Clarkdale can attribute much of their success to Kyler Mosley, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. Mosley is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Kelly, who posted nine points.

While Puckett had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
