After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hay Springs, Creek Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Banner County Wildcats, posting a 40-13 win on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-0.

Creek Valley will head out on the road to take on Leyton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Leyton knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Creek Valley likes a good challenge. As for Banner County, they will square off against South Platte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Banner County is facing South Platte at the right time seeing as South Platte is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
