Basketball Recap: St. Stephens Indians vs. Statesville Greyhounds
St. Stephens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Statesville Greyhounds, falling 44-22. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Greyhounds earlier this season, when they won 36-35.
Kennedy Blevins was St. Stephens' leading scorer, having posted ten points.
Leading Statesville to victory were Aubrey Graham and Symerria Harris. Graham went 5-for-8 en route to 11 points and three steals, while Harris posted ten points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Those 11 points gave Graham a new career-high.
