Softball Recap: Blissfield Comes Up Short

Blissfield lost against Clinton back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Royals came up short against the Redwolves, falling 17-1. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Blissfield saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jessie White, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Blissfield's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Clinton, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blissfield is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Ida at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clinton, they will take on Dundee at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
