Basketball Game Preview: Murphysboro Red Devils vs. DuQuoin Indians

Murphysboro is 0-10 against DuQuoin since November of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Murphysboro Red Devils will look to defend their home court against the DuQuoin Indians at 6:00 p.m. Murphysboro is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Tuesday, Murphysboro made easy work of Century and carried off a 50-29 victory. The Red Devils pushed the score to 43-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Centurions cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, DuQuoin lost to Wesclin at home by a 42-26 margin on Tuesday. The contest marked the Indians' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Murphysboro's win bumped their record up to 7-16. As for DuQuoin, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.
