Baseball Recap: Greeley West Takes a Loss

Greeley West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Erie Tigers. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in April of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Greeley West's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Erie, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coming up, Greeley West will host Poudre at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Erie, they are taking a road trip to face off against Monarch at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
