Volleyball Recap: Gadsden County Jaguars vs. Thomasville Bulldogs
Gadsden County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thomasville Bulldogs.
The final score came out to 25-15, 25-5.
Thomasville can attribute much of their success to Jenna Collins, who had six aces. The dominant performance gave Collins a new career-high in aces.
Gadsden County's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Thomasville, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-7.
Gadsden County will take on Franklin County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Franklin County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Gadsden County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Thomasville, they will face off against Early County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
