Clark hasn't had much luck against Mojave recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Clark will be playing in front of their home fans against Mojave at 3:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.
Clark will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two runs on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Desert Pines on Thursday. Clark was the clear victor by a 19-4 margin over Desert Pines. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Mojave made easy work of Valley on Wednesday and carried off a 13-3 win. With that victory, the Rattlers brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.
Emiko-Lin Kalani was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Kalani was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
In other batting news, Kaylinn Bentley was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing six bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Jadin Broadnax, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Mojave always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .632. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The win made it two in a row for Mojave and bumps their season record up to 2-4. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to strikeouts: they averaged an imposing seven strikeouts in those games compared to only 1.25 in the others. As for Clark, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3-1.
Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Clark hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .398. However, it's not like Mojave struggles in that department as they've averaged .315. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
