Basketball Recap: Sulphur Drops Highest Score of Season Against Lone Grove

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sulphur). They blew past the Lone Grove Longhorns 71-49 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on four straight.

Sulphur's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Lone Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sulphur will welcome Kingston at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Sulphur is facing Kingston at the right time seeing as Kingston is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lone Grove, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Dickson at 7:30 p.m.
