Clallam Bay snaps three-game streak of wins at home

Recap: Clallam Bay Bruins vs. Crescent Loggers

It was a good run, but the Clallam Bay Bruins unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of Crescent by a score of 45-42. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Clallam Bay has scored all season.

It was another big night for Lukas Love, who scored eight points along with 21 rebounds and seven assists for Crescent. Those seven assists set a new season-high mark for him. Dominiq Sprague was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.

Clallam Bay's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-1. As for Crescent, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clallam Bay won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lake Quinault at 2:00 p.m. on January 6th. Lake Quinault comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Crescent, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Non Varsity Opponent at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
