Football Recap: Suring Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Suring can now relate to. They lost 40-14 to the Sevastopol Pioneers on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pioneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-22 back in September.

Suring has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Sevastopol, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Suring does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sevastopol, they will challenge Marion/Tigerton on Friday.
