Anderson and Central Valley are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2022, but likely not for long. The Cubs will face off against the Falcons at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Anderson has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 25.

Anderson came up short against West Valley on Friday, falling 34-1.

Anderson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dominique Crandall, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Meanwhile, Central Valley lost 7-1 to University Prep on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Falcons have lost by exactly six runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Central Valley and nudges their season record down to 11-9. As for Anderson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Anderson has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Central Valley struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 5.6 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Anderson might still be hurting after the 12-2 loss they got from Central Valley in their previous meeting back in April. Can the Cubs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
