Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Estacado's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 55-47 to New Home.

Estacado's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Midland Legacy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Everything came up roses for Midland Legacy against Estacado in their previous meeting back in November of 2017, as the team secured an 81-38 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Midland Legacy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
