Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sierra Vista). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 84-50 win over the Garey Vikings. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-44 two weeks ago.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sierra Vista to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aaron Buna, who went 8 of 10 en route to 19 points and four steals. Buna is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last three games he's played. Dolan Dease was another key player, going 7 for 13 on his way to 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Sierra Vista has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Garey, they dropped their record down to 8-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Sierra Vista didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-53 victory against Duarte on the 23rd. Garey has also already played their next contest, a 54-43 defeat against Nogales on the 23rd.
