Soccer Recap: Clewiston Comes Up Short

Clewiston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Sarasota Sailors, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 546th, while the Sailors are ranked 206th).

Clewiston's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Sarasota, they now have a winning record of 8-7-2.

As of now, neither Clewiston nor Sarasota have any future games scheduled.
