Flag Football Recap: Hayden Suggs' Menacing Defense Leads Smiths Station over Opelika

Smiths Station lost to Opelika back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Panthers came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 25-14. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Smiths Station's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Opelika, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Smiths Station didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 34-7 win against Trinity Presbyterian on the 14th. Opelika does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
