 Despite the  loss, Central Valley Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Brayden Smalls  dropped  a double-double on 33  points and ten  rebounds. The dominant performance gave  Smalls a new career-high in  boards. Another player making a difference was  Logan Judd, who  went 5 for 8  en route to 14 points.
Camden's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Central Valley Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-5.
 Camden has  already played their next  match (against Sandy Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Central Valley Academy, they will face off against Rome Free Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
