11. (5) Whitney Young (Chicago), 27-4No. 6 Simeon ended Whitney Young's season Friday night, leaving the matter of where to slot in Tyrone Slaughter's squad a difficult one. The Dolphins played 11 games against teams that were ranked nationally at some point in the season by MaxPreps, going 8-3. Whitney Young beat an outstanding Long Beach Poly team by 33 at the Spalding Hoophall Classic, won the Beach Ball Classic in South Carolina and went 2-1 at the City of Palms Classic with a close loss to eventual champ Montverde Academy (Fla.).

18. (20) Walnut Hills (Cincinnati), 25-1Following a 68-54 win over Centerville, the Eagles are four wins away from Ohio's Division I state title. Walnut Hills will meet Springboro on Wednesday at Xavier University's Cintas Center.
19. (21) Morgan Park (Chicago), 30-3The Mustangs aren't holding back in the Illinois Class 3A state tournament, beating four opponents thus far by 67, 33, 63 and 36 points, respectively.
