You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Madison's strategy against Canyon Hills on Friday. Everything went the Madison Warhawks' way against the Canyon Hills Rattlers as the Madison Warhawks made off with a 56-35 win. The Warhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Madison to victory, but perhaps none more so than Runnar(rj) Miller, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds. Miller has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Stevens, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 13 points and seven assists.

Madison has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 34.6% in those games and 28.1% outside of them. As for Canyon Hills, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season.

As for Canyon Hills, they will challenge Coronado at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Coronado's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
