Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Flint Hill walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Potomac School Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

One reason for the win was Flint Hill's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-13, 25-9.

Despite the loss, Potomac School saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lily Gurney had 11 digs and one assist.

The win got Flint Hill back to even at 12-12-1. As for Potomac School, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

As of now, neither Flint Hill nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
