Soccer Game Preview: Cactus Shadows vs. Arcadia

The Cactus Shadows Falcons will take on the Arcadia Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Cactus Shadows' favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Arcadia has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

Cactus Shadows is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They came out on top against St. Mary's by a score of 4-2 on Monday. That's two games straight that the Falcons have won by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Arcadia's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mesquite. One thing that didn't help the Titans' chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Edgar Silva.

Cactus Shadows is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those five contests. As for Arcadia, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
