Volleyball Recap: Bandera Comes Up Short

Bandera was the 2-0 winner over Cole when they last played one another back in August of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The BULLDOGS took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars on Saturday.

Sydney Moore paced Bandera's offense, picking up five kills. Moore got some help from Lexis Moore and her nine assists. Pyper Barnard controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bandera's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Cole, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Bandera is headed away from home for the first time to take on Center Point at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cole, they will welcome Luling at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
