Shoals waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the South Knox Spartans with a sharp 3-0 victory. For the Jug Rox, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Shoals not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept South Knox between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-16.

Shoals' victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for South Knox, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-11.

Shoals didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Paoli on the 6th. As for South Knox, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against North Daviess on the 6th.
