League recap: Clearview bests Cumberland in blowout

Clearview took down Cumberland 35-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Winslow Township made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,156 from 8,484. The improvement was the result of 14-7 victory over the Eagles last week.

Pennsauken's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Deyon Edwards has thrown for 363 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Larenz Brown has seven catches for 118 yards. Marlin Finley leads the league in rushing with 188 yards.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Shawnee takes on second place Clearview. Shawnee bested Seneca last week, while the Pioneers topped the Colts.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Pennsauken takes on Winslow Township. The Indians' offense has recorded 41 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Calvin Thompson's team has permitted only 83 on the year.

Clearview led West Jersey - National in scoring this week after putting up 35 points on Cumberland.
