Soccer Recap: Poquoson Triumphs

It's playoff time, and Poquoson had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Randolph-Henry Statesmen on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Poquoson.

Jonas Bryant and Lucas Markley scored all three of Poquoson's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Poquoson's win bumped their record up to 6-10-2. As for Randolph-Henry, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 13 games and leaves them with a 14-2-1 record.

Looking ahead, Poquoson will square off against Nandua on Tuesday. Randolph-Henry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
