Sumner-Eddyville-Miller waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rebels, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17.

Leading Sumner-Eddyville-Miller to victory were Mia Scoville and Lily Hrasky. Scoville had five digs and two aces, while Hrasky had nine digs.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller's win bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Arcadia/Loup City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-18 record this season.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller will square off against Shelton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Arcadia/Loup City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
