The Holy Cross Lutheran Academy Crusaders are taking a road trip to challenge the Lake Mary Prep Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Holy Cross Lutheran Academy hasn't scored more than a single run for six games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Holy Cross Lutheran Academy's offense. They came up short against Circle Christian on Wednesday, falling 34-0.

Meanwhile, Lake Mary Prep narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past First Academy 8-7.

Landon Trauger made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ty Ogden, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4. Harper St. Onge also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
