Bishop Montgomery barely beat Cathedral the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Bishop Montgomery Knights' way against the Cathedral Phantoms on Thursday as the Bishop Montgomery Knights made off with a 3-0 victory. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Knights yet this season.

Bishop Montgomery has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. Cathedral's loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Looking ahead, Bishop Montgomery is taking a road trip to challenge El Segundo at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. El Segundo will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Bishop Montgomery surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cathedral, they will venture away from home to take on Bishop Amat at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give Bishop Amat their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
