Basketball Recap: Ringling Takes a Loss

Ringling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Velma-Alma Comets, falling 79-32. The Blue Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Comets from their previous meeting back in January.

Ringling's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Velma-Alma, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

While Ringling had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
